📦 Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 15 business days. Delivery is available within and outside Jeddah according to a specific timeline based on the type of order. You will be contacted after order confirmation to determine the shipping company and the delivery and installation costs, if applicable. Additional fees apply for delivery to upper floors. We use reliable shipping companies to ensure safe and speedy delivery.

🔁 Return and Exchange Policy

Since most of our products are custom-made, our return policy is limited to defective or manufacturing defects:

Customized or approved products cannot be returned.

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt in the event of a glaring defect.

Products must be in their original condition and unused.

Refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 business days using the same payment method. Exchanges are only available for defective or non-manufacturing damage.

Person authorized by the customer must be present to receive and sign for the order, especially in cases involving large-sized products or installation services. If no complaint or comment is submitted within a maximum of (48) hours from the delivery date, the order is deemed received and implicitly accepted by the customer, and no compensation or modification is permitted after this period.
